CAST management believes the success and growth of our business is based on the quality and commitment of our staff. Our drivers are our key assets, but they could not perform as successfully without an equal commitment from our Management Team. Over our many years in the industry we have found it is essential that every member of our team have the same understandings of our business practice. The goals of these manuals are to communicate to our entire staff CAST’s programs, policies and procedures for achieving safety, schedule accountability and quality. These programs present the essential elements of this management approach and include all key processes.
